Standard Warranty Terms and Conditions

TERMS

The terms of the warranty include:-

• Warranty is valid for 12-months only from the date of purchase.
• Warranty is valid when defects are visible upon immediate use of the product.
• Warranty is non-transferable.
• Warranty is only valid for initial purchaser.
• The Warranty Period commences on the date of purchase of the Product.

DEFECT CONDITIONS

The warranty guarantees the below implied conditions of the product:

• Leakage of toner
• Broken parts or components upon received (manufacturing defect).
• Inability to use as its supposed functionality, i.e. in this case, printing.
• Printing defects encountered upon immediate use of product.
• Warranty void if security sticker is tampered/broken/torn
• Invoice more than 1 year unable to claim any replacement
• Less than <50% of toner gram cannot claim any warranty except case to case basis.

1 TO 1 EXCHANGE

• 1 to 1 exchange means If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Jadi Life Solutions, at its option, Jadi Life Solutions will exchange the product with a functionally equivalent new product.

STORAGE & PRODUCT CONDITIONS

The below precautions ensure that the product is eligible for returns:-

• Store horizontally in a cool, dark condition with room temperature.
• Do not incinerate used toner or toner cartridges.
• Ensure that toner cartridge parts remain attached and unbroken.
