Return & Exchange:
Simple steps to claim your warranty!
1st step
Fill in customer complaint form provided.
You are responsible for delivering the returned
product to Jadi Life Solutions.
Any return postage will be borne by you.
2nd step
Upon receipt of returned product by Jadi Life Solutions.
Verification procedures will be undertaken to confirm
the claimed defect within 3-5 working days.
3rd step
Once the defect has been confirmed, a new replacement
product will be delivered to the same shipping address when
you checkout unless stated otherwise.
4th step
Postage of new replacement product will be done
by Jadi Life Solutions.
1 to 1 exchange
1 to 1 exchange means if a defect arises and a valid
claim is received by Jadi Life Solutions, at its option,
Jadi Life will exchange the product with a functionally
equivalent new product.
