Campaign Duration
This “CHEERS TO HEALTHY SKIN WIN KAW KAW ONG WITH JADI LIFE’’ campaign organised by Jadi Life Solutions SDN BHD [1360976-M]. Jadi Life will starts at 00:00:00 on 27th January 2023 and closes at 23:59:59 on 27th March 2023 “Campaign Period”. “Campaign Period” means when contest live on Official Website (shop.jadilife.my) and e-commerce platform (Shopee, Lazada or Tiktok Shop) open for prizes to be won. The cut off time is based on our system’s time. After this date, no further entries will be entertained.
Entry Eligibility & Criteria
1. This JADI Win Kaw Kaw Ong is open to all Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia aged 18 and above [as at the date of participation in this program] holding valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card only. Jadi Life shall reserve the right to request for evidence of identification documents.
2. Ineligibility: Directors, management, employees of Jadi Life [and their immediate family members]; and of any agencies or suppliers [and their immediate family members] directly associated with this Contest are ineligible to enter.
Prizes
1. Participant can win one [1] of the below prize:
1st Place: Set of 6 types PASION Body Wash & set of 2 types PASION Sensitve Care worth RM177.20.
2nd Place: Set of 6 types PASION Body Wash worth RM119.40.
3rd Place: 2 types PASION Sensitve Care worth RM177.20 mworth RM57.80.
4th – 5th: RM 8 voucher worth RM8 each.
The judging will be conducted by an automated system, which will automatically select a prize for the Participant through Official Website (shop.jadilife.my).
The prize will be announced on our Official Social Media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) after Contest closing date at 23:59:59 on 27th March 2023.
All pictures and/or images of the Eligible Product[s] and the Eligible Prize[s] found in any advertising and marketing material are for illustration purposes only and may be different from the actual products.
Prize Redemption
1. All eligible entries must be submitted within the due date of 27th January 2023 [00:00:00] (“Start Date’’) from the Campaign Period. All other entries received after 27th March 2023 [23:59:59] will be considered null and void.
2. There will be five [5] winners of ‘Win Kaw Kaw Ong Contest’ to be given out for each entry submission within Contest period from eligible entries. Winners will be contacted/notified by text message and/or Whatsapp to his/her handphone within ten [10] days from the date of Contest closing date.
3. Winners will be required to provide verification and contact details for the prize delivery arrangement. The contact details provided by the winners will be assumed finalised/ cannot be changed after submission.
4. The eligible RM8 CNY E-Ang Pao consist of Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet or Boost e-Wallet Rewards which shall be made via “direct credit” into the winner’s e-Wallet account. The validation process will take up to ten [10] days or more from the date.
5. Jadi Life will not be held liable in the event the Winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. In the event the Winners cannot be contacted and/or does not respond within three [3] days of the first attempted contact, Jadi Life reserves the right at its absolute discretion to irrevocably forfeit the prize without any further prior notification to the previous Winner.
6. All prizes must be taken according to the Terms & Conditions from Jadi Life. Jadi Life is not liable for any cancellation or re-scheduling that may prevent a prize fulfillment.
7. Jadi Life reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to substitute any of the prize[s] with items of equivalent value at any time without prior notice.
8. The eligible prize[s] are strictly not transferable, assignable, exchangeable for cash or redeemable by the Participant in any form of manner other than that specified by Jadi Life.
9. In the event that the Participant chooses not to accept a prize, the prize shall be forfeited and the prize which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of Jadi Life.
10. Jadi Life shall be entitled to amend, vary, delete or add to any of these Contest terms & conditions and/or substitute or replace the prize offered in this Contest and/or to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest at any time without prior notice. No compensation in cash or any kind shall be given for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Participants as a result of the above.
